Positive: It is a nice wee cottage but in need of a bit of maintenance. The treats were fantastic, chocolate, breakfasts items,ginger nuts etc .I am glad we got this at a discounted rate of $300 a night and not at full retail price. The books.Maybe in the summer it is a better place than the winter were you can enjoy the outside

Negative: heat pump was noisey , it went through a cycle every 3-4 hours of being very noisy, it woke us up each night. The blinds in the bedroom fell down when putting them up and down-they are not screwed in corrcetly the other blinds need a bit of attention both in the lounge and kitchen The hot water almost ran out having a shower, only 2 of us. The stove is not a stove- the cottage needs a proper stove for long stays. the barbque was fantastic. The rubbish bin -which guests are expected to empty all there rubbish in it on departure, it is about 150 meters from the house and in minus2-3 degrees is not really acceptable.

Summary: Not quite as happy as I thought I would be
